Things We Never Got Over by Lucy Score – the book is about Naomi, an unconventional woman who comes to the small town of Knockemout to help her sister with whom she has not spoken for years. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter she comes to realize that her sister is no longer alive, and Naomi has to confront her chaotic life and an entired town with numerous secrets.

Naomi is as she finds herself in real life after the break-up and comes across Knox, a silly but hot boy from her town with issues to deal with. They only compete with each other and even talk harsh words and misunderstand each other at the beginning; however, they become united with situations around them, and they are beginning to find resemblances.

We only learn that Knox is on the side of Naomi as she joy rides frantically in an effort to find her sister and, perhaps, in her, a purpose. For the main characters, this love story goes through hatred and reaches the opposite extreme, so they have both their personal histories and present difficulties. Raising comedies, romance, and valuable personality progression, the book is an emotional story of love, family, and reconciliation.
