It is basically a story of power and control, unbalanced love and painful pasts, uncontrollable sex desire, inferiority-superiority complexes and fear of love besides all the problems of love passion and commitment.

It captures the real essence of bureaucracies taking an evil society vices like corruption, nepotism and injustice then being forced to work under the law to confront the evils. Speaking of the strongest points of the novel, it is possible to consider the work of Chbosky as the outstanding example of the description of the human emotions and psychological features – and this aspect of the novel definitely touches your heart.

This book is based on a story on the life of Umar and Aleezay and the mix of romance and the major problem in Pakistan – corruption. Some of which are but not all, and those involved in politics are worst affected by it.

The story also has features about broken family, insecurities and some other issues that can be perceived as taboo to some people. That Amar Bail was rather unconventionally interesting at the least and it has made so emotional which I love in books.
