Wildfire (Maple Hills, #2) by Hannah Grace

Wildfire Book Summary
Wildfire by Hannah Grace, the new installment in the Maple Hills series tells the story of two former summer camp counselors who got together in touch after a steamy one-night stand. After school closes for the academic year, Maple Hills’s student Russ Callaghan and Aurora Roberts accidentally meet each other during a party that was going on in a friend’s house; with the influence of alcohol, the two engage in a drinking game, which ultimately ends up in them having post high school passionate nightstand.
This early, Aurora does not like staying too long at a place and does not provide much from a man (after making out with Russ, she skips most of his questions and gets out of his car before he can ask her full name). Just think of their shock when they meet on the first day of the summer camp for which they are paid to be Counselors and which, as both hope, would give them a much-needed respite from distressing family situations at home.
YAAS, the reason why Russ wants to get as far away as he can from Maple Hills is that he wants to deal with the issues his father left him with or rather that he wants to escape them while Aurora has had enough of seeking attention from anyone and everyone and wants to go back to the last place she felt she belonged.
Russ knows that sleeping with Aurora will get him fired from camp and send him right back to Maple Hills. But as much as she’s the rule-loving perfect, she is not good at following them. Will the two find a way of accepting each other in the absence of conflict? Or is it that the promise of a one-night stand turned into a flame they cannot extinguish?
